In this session, you’ll learn how TIAA-CREF took the sting out of mandatory training with eye-catching template designs, course standards, “Fast Track” branching, feedback collection, surveys and much more using Lectora® e-Learning software.Experience and Expertise:Yaa Gyasi is a Lead Performance Consultant at TIAA –CREF where she supports the Human Resources and Corporate Services group. Her multidimensional role involves project management, performance consulting and applying the phases of the ADDIE model to create and support classroom and e-Learningcourses for employees across the organization. Previously, Yaa worked in the instructional technology and training field for 10 years as a Learning Consultant for Bank America and Virginia Fairfax County. Additionally, she holds a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology from the George Mason University’s “Immersion” Program.Lori Merriam is an e-Learning professional with 20 years of experience. She is a Senior Performance Consultant at TIAA-CREF in Learning and Development with a dual role as a facilitator and an instructional designer. In her roles, she leads professional development and leadership and also creates online tutorials and instructor led classes. Lori also holds a Masters Degree in Instructional Design from the New York Institute of Technology.Lucas Hackett is an Information Design Specialist in learning, development and talent management at TIAA-CREF. He is responsible for the creation and maintenance of e-Learning templates in Lectora and other development tools and the planning and execution of structurally complex design solutions.
